Michael (Mike) Perez is a licensed Real Estate Broker Salesman in the State of Nevada and a licensed Real Estate Salesperson in the State of California.  His real estate career began in 2005 when he received his real estate saleperson license in California as a hobby.  Shortly after receiving his license, he began working as a full-time real estate agent for Exit Realty.  In 2008 the real estate industry began to shift from a sellers market to a buyers market and Michael transitioned with the market into property management.

In 2010 Michael and his family moved to Reno, Nevada to explore new opportunities.  With the desire to help others with their real estate needs, Michael returned to school to obtain his real estate brokers license.  In May 2011, Michael obtained his Nevada real estate brokers license and began working with Marshall Carrasco as a buyer specialist at Marshall Realty.
